Your M. Machel & Associates Ltd. Broker HOWARD MACDONALD hereby represents and warrants that he will provide the following, to the best of his ability. If you are not satisfied with his performance of the following duties, you are entitled to engage the services of another sales representative from a company of your choice.

SERVICE: Howard MacDonald will customize the service to address your specific wants and needs.

COMMUNICATION: Howard MacDonald will keep you up to date on the progress of your transaction and put his 26 years of experience to work for you so you can make wise and informed decisio ns.

CONDUCT:   Howard MacDonald will always be professional in his efforts to earn your trust and will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Upon written termination stating the reason(s) and upon presentation by you personally, to the M. Machel broker manager, you shall be released from your Buyer Agency Contract forthwith.

You hereby agree to provide M. Machel & Associates Lt. Brokerage with an opportunity to remedy the situation within a 24 hour period.

If terminated, the provisions of the agreement still apply. The remedy of any Client is strictly limited to the cancellation of the Buyer Agency contract and shall not give rise to any further rights or remedies what so ever.
